Payments

Your monthly payment will normally be taken by Direct Debit. If it is not possible to make a payment by Direct Debit or you need to make a one-off payment, we have a number of alternatives.

You can make a payment online, by telephone, or through your bank. You can also reset a previously cancelled Direct Debit if required.

Please quote your agreement number as the reference and allow 3 working days for the payment to reach us.

You can make payment over the phone by either calling us during our working hours or by using our automated telephone payments system which is available 24 hours a day

Setting up a Direct Debit is a straightforward process. If you need to reset your Direct Debit or make any changes please contact us

Alternatively you can complete and send the direct debit form

Please remember that it can take up to 14 days to set up a new Direct Debit or to action any changes.
