Why work for us

As a family-run business, we are open, empathetic, supportive, approachable and caring. These values are reflected in the relationship between our directors and our teams. We believe in a leadership style that fosters positive thinking, encourages people to do their best and that gives people support when they need it. The way we treat our employees is important to us. We believe that if we treat our employees well, they will treat our customers well. We are very proud to have been awarded a Silver Award by Investors in People in January 2021.

We were delighted to win Car Finance Provider of the year 2022 at the Credit Fico Awards as well as two awards at the Car Finance Awards 2022: Best Independent Lender (Non-Bank Owned) and Leader of the Year. In 2021 we also won the Customer Service Excellence Award at the Car Finance Awards. At Billing Finance we are committed to reflecting and representing the diversity of the UK. We will not discriminate either at work, or through our recruitment process, on individuals’ age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, and sexual orientation.
