Why Work For Us

Why Work for Us

As a family-run business, we are open, empathetic, supportive, approachable and caring. These values are reflected in the relationship between our directors and our teams. We believe in a leadership style that fosters positive thinking, encourages people to do their best and that gives people support when they need it.

The way we treat our employees is important to us. We believe that if we treat our employees well, they will treat our customers well. We were delighted to reach the finals of the 2018 SME Northamptonshire Business Awards in the Employer of the Year category and more recently were highly commended as finalists in the Best Company to work for in Car Finance category at the Car Finance Awards 2019.  We have also reached the finals of the 2019 SME Northamptonshire Business Awards in the Employer of the Year and also the Website of the Year awards.

We're approachable, open and transparent in our decision-making, with an open, accessible way of working so all our staff are kept up to date and more importantly feel part of every step of our journey.

People are more than just numbers. We understand circumstances, listen to individuals and help people get where they need to be.

We give our employees the autonomy to fulfil their potential and do their best for our customers. It’s all part of a creating a supportive, people-centric culture.

People before processes. That’s always important, whether we’re talking about our customers or our employees:

  1. To be the best that we can be
  2. To get our customers to where they want to be
  3. Supporting our staff in being better at what they do. For example, we have quarterly health reviews with a personal trainer, mindfulness courses and team days out!

Looking after our staff is very important to us, which is why we promote healthy living and give training opportunities
